Case Discussion & Confidentiality Rule
When discussing clinical cases within The Crew Room, strict confidentiality must always be maintained. Do not post any patient-identifiable information under any circumstances. This includes names, dates of birth, addresses, locations, photos, videos, incident numbers, or any other detail that could identify a patient, colleague, or service. All case discussions must be fully anonymised and used for educational purposes only. Any post or comment containing identifiable information will be removed immediately. Breaches of confidentiality will result in an immediate and permanent ban, without warning. This protects patients, clinicians, and the integrity of the community.
