Can't access my course
Ensure you're logged in with the correct email address. Check your dashboard under 'My Courses'. If the course doesn't appear, check your purchase confirmation email.
Certificate not downloading
Try using a different browser or clearing your cache. Certificates require JavaScript to generate. If issues persist, contact support with your course name and completion date.
Payment was declined
Check your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method. If the problem continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction.
Didn't receive my digital product
Digital products are delivered via email within 24 hours. Check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number.
Video won't play
Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Disable any ad-blockers or VPNs that might interfere with video playback.
Need to change my email address
Log into your account and go to Dashboard > Settings > Account. You can update your email address there. You'll need to verify the new email address.
